This is a Russian Compass that once belonged to a man who was more than just a human being, more than just a soul, more than just a life. He was the guiding-light for many and in some roundabout way he passes on his wisdom to me, today.

This antique piece belonged to my late father-in-law. I have never met him but I think I have known him for as long as I have known his son.

Such is life. Always moving towards death, making us live even more. Sometimes beyond a deadline.
