after months of contemplation , research and watching some bewadas go crazy in front of my eyes..finally i took the plunge in my first peg of vodka yesterday.. i and my pal put it as our very own 'LOLLYPOP DRIVE', the name,a codeword for the mission, became so public that we started using it for the kick!

The first sip.., i wanted to have it at a place i enjoy being in and with people i am comfortable with! have always had someone specific in my mind but everything turned out to be different on the D-day!

Pulled some buddies along and some drowsy guides...!

The place: 1000 Oaks, MG Road Pune

History : One of the best in terms of music , ambience and drinks!

Time : 9:45 (night ofcourse!;)

Number of bewadas : 5 + 1 non-drinker , to escort us home ( a friend i will value for life!)

The maiden drink : SmirnOff Vodka(after much argument over the right order, we went straight to the top!), with Mirinda(lemon) and Crispy Babycorns for starters!

The clock ticks , my mouth waters and the wait is over! Gulp goes the first shot..(raw!) .. its too hot!

I add the mirinda to glass full, my mission-peer adds less , pushes down the glass too fast and before expected feels drunk!

I am taking it all slowly and laughing when she is wondering if i am too strong for something like a peg of vodka!.. an hour down , music getting high and the effect begins..i feel lost for a span of around 10 minutes and then it seems all so pleasant...!

Had wanted to know why people go crazy after this burning drink..

Somebody told me, 'you cant resist the taste'! i disagree! The taste is nothing what you adjust and develop to stick to the highness..everything else is the dilution which enhances the taste or rather say makes it drinkable!

I had a wonderful evening i know, the music was too awesome!

Starships , greenday , pink floyyd , metallica, hoobastank etc etc... made me sit till the oddest hour!

Though there isnt much left to stick to the drive but i am gona carry it till i lick the last variety but all for once!

Next halt: Sohos!

...till the drive drives me!
