The disease of meaning

You’re not what you feel — this is an understanding that helps most people, especially practicing artists. However, you might still fall into the pit hole of misery because of extreme trauma or a dramatic life event, and call yourself miserable.

This talk is a clear reminder of how to ‘lead’ our lives with an awareness of our experiences, their affect on our everyday behavior, and our intrinsic ability to navigate these effects our own way.
